Sports Conditioning

Sports conditioning is sports-specific training. Trainers will provide a program to their athletes that incorporates exercises that mimic movements performed in their specified sport of interest. The exercises will aid in injury prevention as well as the suitable mechanics within their sports performances. Improving an individual’s movements within a sport will give that individual an upper hand over opposition. Equipment used in sports conditioning can include weights, power bands, thero-bands, agility poles, speed parachutes, speed cords, hurdles, reaction belts, and rebound nets, to name a few!
